Light pipes are the solution for directing light from board-mounted LEDs to the exterior,  Light pipes can enhance display quality and add greater flexibility to light distribution. The integration of a LED Pipe is a cost-effective option to help eliminate many of the varied, complicated steps otherwise required to transport light from one place to another.

A light pipe made of optical acrylic or polycarbonate.  They are ideal for carrying the light in a small space, like a status indicator or control panel.

We cut the light pipes by the high precision machining tool with detail corners., Smooth, flat or concave contoured surface, whatever matches the surface of the LED needs to be happening on the interior of the light pipe on the side where the LED is inserted (the input surface). Also using a diffused surface where the light is visible at the exit will provide a uniform illuminated surface.

In order to avoid light loss, a smooth or mirrored surface also added to the light pipe’s exterior

We cut the pipes by CNC from solid billets for prototype as well injection molding parts for the production application
